Arrived in Dar Es Salaam.

Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

 

I just arrived in Dar Es Salaam a few hours ago (Saturday) from Moshi. The hike up and down Kili was great, though the final push to the summit was much harder then I had thought it would be. I'm working on a full write-up of the hike, but for now you can view the photos to get an idea of how cold it was and how much snow there was.

 

I'll spend the next day or two here in Dar Es Salaam before catching the ferry over to Zanzibar. No idea how long I'll spend there, sort of depends on the weather and the social scene. If both are good, then I might spend a good amount of time there. But if either is poor, then I'll probably move on pretty quickly.
