Less then one week away!

It's now less then one week away, 6 days, before I hop on a flight to London to start the trip. Somehow the past few weeks have flown by and there is still so much to do to get ready. This weekend is going to be pretty busy moving out of the apartment and cleaning up our mess of 3 years. Should be blast.

It now looks like I might catch a flight to Barcelona from London, instead of going straight to Switzerland. Brendan is going to maybe take the overnight train from Geneva and meet me in Barcelona. Apparently he has some contacts there that we can stay with. We'll spend a few days in Spain, then both take the train back to Switzerland for a few days in the alps. Coincidentally, CNN was running an article titled "Autumn in the Alps", which mentions some good hikes in Switzerland at this time of year, so maybe we'll look into those. After Switzerland, the plan is to meet up with Brandon in Solden Austria for the opening world cup ski race, weather permitting.

Of course, with 6 days still to do, all this could change yet again!
