International Calling Lesson #1...
Never use the "International Calling Number" that is posted on a public pay phone in Vienna, especially if there is no information regarding the cost per minute. I made that mistake and made a 20 minute phone call that cost around 90$ US. Always, always, use a phone card or some internet cafe that has a calling rate... Live and learn... ;)
